Use of the website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to use.

Inspection & estimate requests

Submitting a request does not create a contract or obligate either party. Free inspections are offered for properties within our service area and are subject to scheduling availability. Estimates are based on what we can see and measure at the time of inspection; hidden conditions such as rotted decking discovered during work may change the scope and price, which we will put in writing before proceeding.

Photos you submit

By uploading photos, you confirm you have the right to share them and give us permission to store and use them to assess your roof, prepare your estimate, document the project, and support any insurance claim you ask us to help with. We do not use your photos in marketing without your permission.

Pricing & payment

Prices, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in your signed contract. Any financing is offered through third-party lenders subject to their approval and terms.

Warranties

Workmanship and manufacturer warranties are described in your contract and product documentation. Nothing on this website extends or modifies those warranties.
