Refer a Friend, Get $300 When They Hire Us
Send a neighbor, friend, or family member our way. You get $300 for each one who hires Fortress as their roofer, and there’s no limit on how many you can refer.
When someone you refer hires Fortress as their roofer, we pay you $300 once their job is done and paid for. Refer one person or a dozen: every new customer who names you is another $300.
Every referral has two sides. If you’re referring someone, send them this page, or have them say your name when they call or text. If someone referred you, fill in the form on this page and put their name in the “Who referred you?” box, so the $300 goes to the right person.
How to refer someone
- Send them our way. Share this page, or give them our number: (907) 701-2233. They can call or text, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm.
- Make sure they name you. In the “Who referred you?” box on the form, or when they call or text. It has to be before they sign.
- Get paid. Once they hire us and their job is done and paid for, the $300 is yours.
If someone referred you
Fill in the form on this page with your name, phone, email, and what’s going on with the roof, and put the name of the person who sent you in the “Who referred you?” box. Or call or text (907) 701-2233 and tell us who referred you. Either way, you get the same process every Fortress customer gets:
- A quick reply. Someone who works on roofs gets back to you, usually the same day.
- A free inspection. On the roof and in the attic, photographed.
- A photo report and a written price. Within 24 hours of the inspection, line by line.
- No pressure. The inspection is free, the report is yours to keep, and what you do with it is your call.

Who makes a good referral
- Neighbors after a windstorm. When a Chugach or Matanuska wind comes through, the house next door often takes the same hit yours did. If there are shingles in their yard, they need a roofer.
- Friends with an old roof. Curling shingles, moss, a water stain on a ceiling, or ice dams every winter. An older roof is worth a free look before the snow flies.
- Family. Your parents’ place, or a sibling’s first house. Family counts if they’re not in your own household.
- Coworkers. The person at work who mentions a leak, or asks if anyone knows a good roofer.

The fine print
- Who counts. Someone new to Fortress who names you before they sign, on the form or when they call or text.
- When it’s paid. Once their job is done and paid for.
- How many. One reward per new customer, and no limit on how many people you refer.
- Who doesn’t count. You can’t refer yourself or someone in your own household.
- Sharing online. If you share Fortress online or on social media, say that you may get a referral reward.
- Changes. Fortress can change or end the program. Rewards already earned still get paid.

Once their job is done and paid for, so the timing depends on the job. Full replacements are scheduled around temperature and snow. No. Refer as many people as you like, and there’s no cap on how many rewards you can earn. Every new customer who names you before they sign and hires us is another $300 for you. The one rule on numbers: one reward per new customer.
Yes, before they sign. They can fill in the form on this page with your name in the “Who referred you?” box, or say it when they call or text. That’s how we know who sent them, and who gets the $300. A quick reminder from you before they reach out doesn’t hurt.
Yes, if they hire us for a commercial roof. It works the same way: someone at the business names you before they sign, and you get $300 once the job is done and paid for. We work on shops, warehouses, hangars, and offices, and commercial work starts with a free roof assessment.
